The biological extra virgin olive oil Villa Cardani is made in Puglia, in the agricultural area of the plain that surrounds the little town of Ostuni, also known as “White Town”.

Right in the middle of the cultivated area we find the old farm, today called Villa Cardani, built in 1700, renovated and delightful still with the signs of its past.

The farm is surrounded by huge age-old olive trees with strong and spectacular trunks, and thousands of new olive trees planted within the latest decades by following the best and more modern techniques of the biological olive cultivation.
